About Us
Our Organization
We aim to build a nonprofit organization for serious athletes that regardless of their financial resources, have the opportunity to train at the highest level. Our system of development works across three key pillars. 1) Highest quality training: Our coaching staff includes former pro players all the way to the MLB level. 2) Dedicated training facility with the equipment and trainers to develop not only core skills but also strength and conditioning. 3) 100% of all funding and member dues go back into the players.
Our Home Base

Hybrid Coaching approach
Our philosophy on a coaching approach that will drive the best outcome for youth baseball players is to have one Professional player coach paired with one volunteer coach. This gives the ideal balance of motivation, organization and management as well as baseball experience and player development. Our pro coaches have professional baseball experience ranging from collegiate level all the way to the MLB
